2. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by:

  1. Selecting the products you want.

  2. Adding them to your cart.

  3. Proceeding to checkout and providing shipping/payment details.

We accept secure payments via debit/credit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfer upon request.

We currently accept:

4. Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

  • Standard Delivery: £9.96, 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: £14.40, 1–2 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are processed the next business day.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled; please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy for returns.

  • If you provided incorrect shipping information, contact us immediately.

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Some items, such as custom-made, hygiene-sensitive, or non-returnable products, cannot be returned.

  • Faulty or damaged items are fully refundable, and return shipping is covered by us.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available for your chosen shipping service).
