At MIndustrial Safety UK, we aim to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience. This Order Cancellation Policy explains your rights and options if you wish to cancel an order placed on our website MIndustrial Safety UK.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Eligibility:

  • You can cancel any order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

How to Cancel:

  • Email us at sales@mindustrialsafety.co.uk with the subject line: "URGENT: Order Cancellation" and include your order number.

Refund:

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been handed over to our courier, we cannot stop the delivery process.

  • Orders already dispatched will be treated as a return.

  • You must accept delivery and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for cancellations due to a change of mind.

3. Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • This “cooling-off” period starts the day you receive your order.

  • To exercise this right, contact us via email or phone.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

4. Custom and Personalized Orders

Please note that custom-made or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. These items are tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

If a cancellation is due to an incorrect shipping address:

  • If identified before dispatch, we will cancel or update your order at no cost.

  • If the order is returned to us by the courier, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
