  • Items are unused and in original packaging

  • Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, except for:

  • Faulty items

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged on arrival

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item is faulty or damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos if possible.
