1. Shipping Overview

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Doncaster, United Kingdom.

  • Currency: All prices and shipping costs are listed in GBP (£).

  • Tax Information: Product prices and shipping fees displayed on the website include VAT.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT)

  • Handling Time:

    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days are processed and dispatched the same day.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or UK bank holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

4. Delivery Terms & Carriers

We work with trusted UK couriers including Evri, FedEx, and Royal Mail to ensure safe delivery.

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed if available for your chosen shipping method.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship to UK addresses.

  • P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) cannot be serviced.

  • Some oversized items may have restricted delivery zones within the UK; these restrictions will be highlighted at checkout.

6. Managing Your Order

  • Change of Address: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your details are correct before confirming your order.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipping has begun. If you no longer want the item, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

  • Parcel Damage: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
